FAQ

## Pricing questions

Everything you need to know about the lifetime license, trying it free, and refunds.

### Is it really a one-time payment?

Yes. $199, excluding tax, buys a perpetual license for one computer during our limited-time offer (regularly $299). There is no subscription, no renewal, and no charge per page or per job.

### What does “per device” mean?

Each license is active on one computer at a time. When you replace or upgrade a computer, move your license from Settings → Devices (once every 30 days).

### Can I try it before I buy?

Yes. After signing in with Google you can run one complete production free — every feature, no watermark — and download the results for 7 days.

### What if it isn't right for us?

Every purchase has a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email support@batesfast.com and Paddle refunds you in full.

### Are my documents uploaded anywhere?

No. Stamping happens inside your browser on your own computer. Your PDFs and images are never sent to BatesFast or anyone else.

### Do you offer volume licensing?

Yes — if you need 15 or more copies, email support@batesfast.com and we'll put together volume pricing for your firm.

### Are taxes included?

Prices are shown before tax. Paddle calculates any VAT or sales tax for your location and shows it, in your currency, before you pay.

### I'm already on a monthly plan. What changes?

Nothing — existing plans keep working exactly as they do today. If you'd like to move to a lifetime license, email support@batesfast.com.
