1. Trial Period
We offer a generous completely free trial period so that you can evaluate BatesFast to see if it meets your needs before committing to a paid subscription. We highly encourage utilizing this trial period.
2. Refund Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee for initial subscription purchases. If you request a refund within 1 day of your original purchase, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Refunds are not generally provided for renewal payments (e.g., subsequent months or years of an ongoing subscription), unless there has been a billing error or extenuating circumstances.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us directly at support@batesfast.com with:
- The email address associated with your account.
- Your order number or receipt reference.
- A brief explanation (optional, but helpful for improving our product).
4. Processing Time
Once your refund is approved and initiated, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Canceling a subscription does not automatically grant a refund for past charges, but it ensures you will not be billed at the next renewal date. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
