1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every BatesFast purchase is backed by a full 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — with no exceptions and no questions asked.
There are no eligibility conditions. Your refund does not depend on whether you have activated or used the software. If you ask within 14 days, you get your money back in full.
2. Free Preview
We also offer one free preview processing run after sign-in so you can try BatesFast before you buy. The free preview is in addition to—not instead of—the 14-day refund guarantee above.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window, contact support@batesfast.com with:
- The email address associated with your Paddle account.
- Your Paddle order number or receipt reference (if available).
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor (Merchant of Record), and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. License Management
BatesFast Pro is a one-time purchase perpetual software license, and each license is tied to a specific device (PC). You can manage your activated devices and revoke access from old computers at any time from your account settings. Revoking a device frees up the license seat for a new device at no extra cost.
